Service description
e-kezek is an electronic queueing service for organizations: ticket issuing, window and operator management, a public display board and client notifications.
Trial period and payment
A new organization gets 14 days of free access with no card required. Once the trial ends, continuing to use the service requires paying for one of the paid plans via Kaspi QR.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We aim for maximum availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for indirect losses caused by downtime or failures.
Suspension and termination
When a subscription expires, the organization switches to read-only mode without losing data. We may block an organization for violating these terms or in cases of fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms of use — the current version is always available on this page along with the date of the last update.
